Is there a free meet & greet or consultation?

Yes! We offer a free Meet & Greet for all new clients, and training consultations are also included at no cost.

Do I need to create an account to book?

Not right away. For your free Meet & Greet or Consultation, we just need some basic information to get started. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least one week in advance for regular services, and 2-6 weeks ahead for holidays or peak seasons, as availability fills quickly. Early booking ensures we can reserve your preferred dates and provide the best worry-free experience for you and your pets!

How do I cancel or reschedule a service?

You can easily cancel or reschedule your service through your Time To Pet client portal.

Does you have liability, auto, or pet sitter's insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability insurance that covers all of our services, including your pets and their homes; we also maintain auto insurance specifically for our Mobile Dog Gym to ensure safety and peace of mind for our clients and their pets!

Are you regulated by PACFA (Pet Animal Care Facilities Act) of Colorado?

No, PACFA does not regulate in-home pet care services such as pet sitting, training, or mobile dog gyms. However, we follow PACFA guidelines and best practices to ensure safe, professional, and high-quality care for your pets!

Mobile Dog Gym

Climate-controlled, fun, self-paced exercise for all dogs!

What is a mobile dog gym??

Our Mobile Dog Gym is a climate-controlled van that comes right to your home, featuring a slatmill for self-paced exercise! Your pet sets their own pace, while we encourage them with treats, toys, scents, and interactive enrichment to make fitness fun, safe, and engaging!

What areas does your mobile dog gym serve? Is there a trip fee?

We proudly serve Pueblo and Pueblo West on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Sundays with no fee—a $15 trip fee applies on other days.
We also happily serve Fountain and Colorado Springs on Thursdays, Fridays, and Sundays with no fee—a $15 trip fee applies on other days.

What are the benefits of a gym session for my dog?

  • Improved Fitness: Helps dogs stay healthy, active, and strong.
  • Tired, Happy Dogs: Provides a safe outlet for energy, leaving dogs calmer at home.
  • Ideal for High-Energy Breeds: Perfect for dogs that need extra physical and mental stimulation.
  • Confidence Building: Encourages pets to explore, learn new skills, and gain self-assurance in a safe, supportive environment.

What happens during my dog's free trial?

During your free trial, we focus on helping your dog get comfortable with us, the mobile gym environment, and the slatmill. Each dog progresses at their own pace—some may take just a few tentative steps, while others may be sprinting right away! Our goal is to make the experience fun, positive, and stress-free, setting the foundation for safe and enjoyable exercise in future sessions!

Should my dog wear a specific type of collar or harness?

We recommend a Y-style harness that allows full shoulder movement or a flat buckle collar for safe leashing when returning home. We also offer padded Y-style harnesses that can be properly fitted to your dog for added comfort and support during their session.

Is it safe for my dog? What if my dog is older or recovering?

Yes! The Mobile Dog Gym is designed for safe, supervised, and self-paced exercise. For pets recovering from surgery or injury, we tailor sessions to their individual needs and limitations, ensuring gentle, controlled activity that supports rehabilitation and overall well-being. Always consult your veterinarian if your pet has specific medical concerns before starting.

Do you offer sessions for all breeds, sizes, and temperaments?

Yes! We welcome dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. For dogs that may pose a risk of biting, a properly fitted basket-style muzzle may be required during sessions to ensure the safety of our staff and your pet.

Can I watch my dog's session?

Yes! You can observe from outside the van, and we can always leave the side door open so you can watch your pup! We recommend keeping observations brief, as too much attention from parents can sometimes distract pets from their session.

Do you clean and sanitize between each stop?

Yes! We clean and sanitize the gym between each stop, following PACFA guidelines to ensure a safe, healthy, and hygienic environment for every pet.

Dog Training

Train, play, and learn—happy humans, smart dogs, wagging tails!

What does a free consultation look like?

Our one-on-one consultation is a fun, relaxed way to get to know you and your pet! We chat about your dog’s history and behavior, explore your training goals, and let your pet get comfortable with us. While we don’t do formal training just yet, we’ll share some helpful tips and return for your first session with a personalized, full training plan ready to go!

Do you offer group training or private training sessions?

Currently, we offer one-on-one private training tailored to your dog’s specific needs. We’re excited to add group classes in the future—if you’re interested, let us know so we can keep you updated when they become available!

What areas do you serve? Is there a trip fee?

We proudly serve Pueblo and Pueblo West every day with no trip fee.
We also serve Fountain and Colorado Springs with a $15 trip fee.
For areas south of Pueblo city limits, a $15 trip fee also applies.

What type(s) of training do you offer?

We offer basic manners and foundational cues, as well as more advanced tricks and tasks for dogs ready to level up. For behavioral concerns, we handle these on a case-by-case basis, creating a customized approach tailored to your dog’s specific needs and goals.

What style of training do you use?

We specialize in positive reinforcement training that emphasizes clear communication using dog language, helping dogs learn in a fun, safe, and encouraging way! While this is our primary approach, we are also knowledgeable in alternative methods for more complex or extreme behavioral cases, allowing us to tailor training to each dog’s unique needs.

Where do training sessions take place?

Training can be conducted at your home, a local park, or another location of your choice for convenience and comfort! We also have access to a dedicated training space, which can be used by reservation for a more controlled environment.

How long is each session? How often should I book sessions?

We offer 30-minute and 1-hour sessions, depending on your dog’s needs and your training goals!

We recommend booking sessions every 1–2 weeks, depending on how much practice you’re able to do with your dog between sessions. Regular, consistent practice helps reinforce learning and achieve the best results!

Can we work with multiple dogs during a session?

Yes! We can work with multiple dogs from the same household during a session, though we may adjust the pace and activities to ensure each dog gets individual attention and a positive learning experience! For the best results, we recommend booking a longer session to ensure each dog receives individual attention and a positive, productive experience.

Pet Sitting

Tail wags guaranteed— happy pets, peace of mind for owners.

What is the difference between the visits, walks, and overnights?

Visits – Quick drop-ins for feeding, potty breaks, playtime, or cuddles — great for flexible daytime care.

Walks – Focused outdoor time for exercise, fresh air, and leash practice.
Overnights – Your sitter stays overnight to provide full care, comfort, and companionship while you’re away.

Visit our Services or Call 719-501-3533 for more in-depth details!

What areas do you serve? Is there a trip fee?

We proudly serve Pueblo and Pueblo West every day with no trip fee.
We also serve Fountain and Colorado Springs with a $15 trip fee.
For areas south of Pueblo city limits, a $15 trip fee also applies.

What is a pupdate visit?

A Pupdate Visit is a short visit designed to keep your pet familiar with their pet sitter between scheduled services. Owners are usually present during these visits, which are especially helpful for timid, reactive, or territorial dogs, dogs with “stranger danger,” or pets who haven’t had a service in a while. These visits help maintain comfort, trust, and routine until the next full service.

What type of pets do you handle? Are there any you don't handle?

We work with a wide variety of pets and there aren’t any animals we won’t at least try to care for. Our experience spans cats and dogs, small mammals like rats, rabbits, and ferrets, reptiles such as bearded dragons, snakes, and leopard geckos, and even larger animals like horses, donkeys, chickens, and other livestock. No matter your pet, we strive to provide safe, knowledgeable, and compassionate care.

Do you accept special needs or diabetic pets, or pets that take medication?

Yes! We have experience caring for special needs pets, diabetic pets, and pets that require daily or occasional medications. Our team is trained to administer medications safely, follow care routines precisely, and adapt services to meet each pet’s unique health needs, ensuring they receive compassionate and reliable care.

Do you send updates after services?

Absolutely! We send updates after every visit, walk, or overnight stay. You’ll receive notes about how your pet did, along with photos and any extra details— so you can feel connected and confident your pet is happy and cared for!

Are there any house sitting services that you offer? Is there an extra fee?

Yes, basic house sitting is included with our visits and overnight services! This includes bringing in mail or packages, watering plants, adjusting blinds, and keeping your home looking lived-in while you’re away. If specialized home care beyond standard tasks is required, we’re happy to provide a custom quote.
